A low-fat diet does promote weight loss. Low fat does mean NO FAT nor does it mean that because it's labeled low fat is it healthy. It could be high in sugar. They're talking about water weight and muscle tissue loss (although they'll never admit that). These types of "diets" and "weight loss plans" want to fool you with fake results!
